It is PDK, but - if you haven't driven one - do so, you might want to consider it. I love mine..
The price on this seems reasonable given the year/miles - you can dicker them down on the headlights (photos show severe crazing of the lens).. and the one shot of the passenger's door - looks like the delamination problem might be an issue. It does have heated and cooled seats - not common to have cooled ones on Boxsters for some reason. This dealer has a Porsche nut working there I suspect since they often have Boxsters and Caymans for sale. They have been dickerable in the past, and it's winter here so a Boxster isn't going to move off the lot real fast.
Also PDK. The price seems exceptionally cheap - until you look at the Carfax. It's been dinged, and once looks like a decent front-end hit. If that can be gotten past - the price is exceptional for a 2016 with low miles. There is a Porsche-certified body shop not far away (which also does mechanical work) that I'd suggest for a PPI. If the bodywork was done poorly they'd be able to spot it.. if it was done right? Depends on if it's a driver or a track car.. These guys are a "the price is the price" sort of place.
