I recently ordered and installed the side vent grilles on my 2016 Cayman. I had taken in a leaf on the passenger side and decided that was one too many. I had already installed the front grilles on this one and when I had the 2014. The new grilles literally took less than 5 minutes total for both sides. They look absolutely like they are OEM.

wouldn't mind see a photo.
Maybe I need to look down the tunnel to see how much debris is down there... but I haven't seen anything in view in 2 years. The downside is blocking air to the air cleaners??

Mine get pretty full of small stones. I fish them out with my hands periodically. I also had half of a styrofoam cup in there once.

I did the same on my 981 Boxster for the same reasons. Front and Side covers were very easy to install and look more stylish/finished.
