Start with a new battery - the old one is dead, passed on, nailed to the perch as we'd say in Surray... it's an ex-battery.

Then drain any fuel in it out of the tank and into a suitable container for disposal. Put fresh fuel in, with a fuel treatment that lists "PEA" as the primary ingredient.

I suggest it might be a good idea (tm) if you can manage it - to drain the oil - and refill with the required amount (probably around 7.5 quarts/US - I'm sure the owners manual lists liters).. and change the filter.

Then try starting it. Chances are it will sputter to life. I'd let it reach operating temperature and then look for any fluids dripping out the bottom (bad thing..) Tires are likely to be flat-spotted and underinflated. The flat-spots may or may not come out with use, underinflation is addressed by adding air.

I don't think the Coriolis Effect will change how it starts....
