DSC Sport PASM controller - thoughts and tuning

I haven't seen any threads on the DSC lately for the Cayman platform so always good to get a refresher and see what people are up to.

I must admit I wouldn't mind someone like Julian or lovetoturn to help tune my DSC! Tom's stock maps are quite good but definitely room for customisation and improvement for one's local conditions, personal driving style, and tracks.

I run the DSC with tractive coilovers and for mountain style driving it was transforming and didn't need too much adjustment.

On the track is a little different as driving at extreme limits requires finer tuning which I am still doing. I was able to dial out a little over steer with extra low and med rebound damping, which helped but still a litlte squirally, but I will check again on fresh rubber.

I am also finding the car a little bumpy/bouncy through our 100-110mph turn 1 at SMSP which is un-nerving. I can dial down the damping which helps but it comprimises the stablity at other corners. I am thinking of dialling the damping back a couple clicks or reducing medium to high speed compression damping, and/or increasing rebound damping, maybe more medium to high speed. Any other tips would be appreciated?

Does anyone know what sort of frequency we are talking about in terms of the low, medium and high compression and rebound settings?
