Rotors : Slotted Better Then Drilled?

... Not saying a quality drilled rotor is weak by any means, but there are many tracks who will not let drilled rotors pass inspections because of the risk.
Curious of the “many tracks” that prohibit drilled rotors would you name a few? I’ve never heard of any and that would mean no Porsches with oem rotors.

Well, looks like slotted is just a better disc design all round even though I don;t track.
If you don’t track your car the oem rotors are perfectly fine. Indeed, they’re fine for most drivers that do track. Most street driven rotors are worn to their limit well before there are any cracks. It’s more important to get high quality rotors of any type.

A point not mentioned is slotted rotors may diminish resale value because they are not oem and to some buyers indicate a car that has been heavily tracked.
