Okay, so I just got over the dead battery headache, opened the front with an external battery, charged the battery in the car back up (completely disconnected it from the car to do so), reconnected the battery to bring my CS back to life (which it thankfully did) and uneventfully started the car.
But... I was greeted with a PSM and PASM failure message. The PSM was off and could not be turned on. The PASM was off and would not engage.
Shut the car off a spell and turned it back on to see the messages repeated.
The book says go see the dealer. Duh. Any ideas from those of you wiser than I on this issue?
And Santa Fe, no I have not called 1-800-P yet but I probably will. I couldn't find this exact issue in my PP thread search so I thought I'd throw it our for comments first.
Takers?
