Thank you JJ for your detailed instructions. I did mine last night at a friends shop at 24,xxx miles. It was shop night for guys. It resulted in a noticeable improvement in shifts, and has much less ”slippage” going from reverse to drive. I only changed fluids this time, will change the pan next time. I plan to do again after 2 more weekends at the track - as the change only gets 3-ish liters out. Now that i have done it, and following your instructions i see how simple it really is. Thanks a bunch!

Nice job. Glad to have helped.

Holy smoke that fluid is dark for only 24k miles. How much do you track the car?
It was not pretty. i have on 3 track weekends on the car. It was put into service in 2014, so its 6 years old.

Again, much thanks as your write up gave me the confidence to tackle this - glad i did.

That fluid is way too dark for diff/PDK. Mine was almost like new when it was changed at 60K miles and 30 track days.
In looking at my photo sequences, that is the fluid that came from the clutch side. The gear side was not any better.
